In drie stappen van je angst af

“Snoeien, wieden, schoffelen en in 3 stappen van je angst of probleem af.”

Gaan we nu ook al tuinieren?
Als je wilt kan dat, mijn sla plantjes stonden reikhalzend naar buiten te kijken om de volle grond in te mogen toen ik dit bericht typte.

“Snoeien, wieden, schoffelen” staat symbool voor de manier waarop ik met hypnotherapie jou van je probleem af help. In de metafoor van de tuin wordt elk mens geboren met een leeg, netjes aangeharkt stukje tuin. In die grond zijn al een aantal zaadjes geplant door je vader en je moeder, je genetische zaadjes.

En dan groei je op en worden er nog meer zaadjes geplant in jouw tuin; zaadjes van goede gevoelens, complimenten en trots die uitgroeien tot de mooiste bloemen én zaadjes van teleurstellingen of tegenslagen waar onkruid uit groeit.

Iedereen met een tuin weet hoe makkelijk onkruid groeit, ook -of juist- als je er geen aandacht aan besteedt en hoe onkruid je mooie bloemen kan overwoekeren. Dat merk je als gevoelens van angst en pijn je goede gevoelens gaan overschaduwen. En als je bijna niet meer bij die goede gevoelens kunt komen is het de hoogste tijd voor actie.

Met hypnotherapie ga je eerst het onkruid eens flink terugsnoeien, zodat je weer zicht krijgt op de bloemen in je tuin. Je zult je al veel beter voelen en de meeste therapieën stoppen hier. Maar het onkruid staat nog geworteld in je tuin en zal weer aangroeien en je tuin opnieuw overwoekeren.

Daarom moet je -en dat weet elke tuinman- onkruid met wortel en al eruit trekken. Wieden dus. En dan is het weg. Echt weg!

Nu kunnen je bloemen alle aandacht krijgen. Water, een beetje liefde en de stralen van de zon, zodat er alle ruimte is voor de bloemen. Dus schoffel je het netjes en verzorg je je prachtige tuin, zodat je kunt ervaren hoe je leven na hypnotherapie verandert.
